Food safety training

Delivery of the Level 2 and Level 3 syllabus or can carry out training tailored to the needs of the staff.

HACCP training

Delivery the Level 2 and Level 3 syllabus or can carry out training tailored to the needs of the staff e.g. refresher training.

Internal audit training

A theory based training accompanied either by role play to stimulate audit situations or conducting audits with the trainee.

It’s always a risk taking on a new trainer as you can never be sure of their capabilities. However, because Barbara had been on a couple of our own training courses and passed with flying colours, we were confident in her knowledge and ability and it worked out well.
